Creating Value: Each county has a growth management plan. Vernon will evaluate the location of the property, check the availability of the infrastructure to determine the highest and best use of the property. Then the property is priced and marketed to the specific user.

Solving Problems: Vernon will do the legwork for you. He will manage the sales agreement, handle the rezoning property, obtain permits, easements, do the surveys and finally the closing and selling the property.
